 | | Our team includes owners Frank Frost and Steven Cole, plus a staff of a dozen trained and experienced lab technicians. We also have three drivers for local and long route pick-ups and deliveries. We think of our group as an extended family. We laugh and celebrate birthdays, even as we focus on providing great service. We like to smile, just as much as we want our clients’ patients to smile. Our daily activity includes craftsmanship with acrylic, porcelain, plaster, stone, custom shades, cosmetic laminates, resin inlays and onlays, impressions, and waxes.  Frank has been a Dental Laboratory Technician since 1981 and brings with him over 20 years of accumulated knowledge and experience in the industry. He has earned the distinction of Certified Dental Technician in three specialties; Porcelain, Crown and Bridge, and Removable Partial Dentures. His decision to start a laboratory where he could put his passion for delivering a precision quality product was the impetus behind the start of Advantage Ceramics in 1992. After graduating Cum Laude from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management, he set to work to strive for the kind of service and product delivery that his clients had become accustomed to receiving from him. Frank is tenacious when it comes to getting the details right. He has helped Advantage Ceramics set a standard of customer satisfaction that other laboratories envy. An Indiana native, Frank and his wife Rita live in Cumberland with their two sons Alex and Frank II. They enjoy watching AAU wrestling which both sons participate in, automobile clubs, the arts, fishing, and travel to exotic locations | | Steven E. Cole
 Steve admits to being a perfectionist. " A job is not worth doing, " he says, " unless done to the best of your ability." A specialist in Dentures and Partials with over 26 years experience, his continuing education courses have also strengthened his expertise in Implants. Steve spent 2 years as an affiliate with the Midwest Implant Institute in Columbus, Ohio. Steve's spare time interests include photography, computing, and scouting. He has received several awards for his involvement as an adult scouting volunteer, including the Northeast District Award of Merit. He is currently the Northeast District Advancement Chairman. His wife, Suzanne, works in elementary education and helps Steve keep up with their two grown children, Denise (25) and Eric (21). The Cole Bin. | | Our HistoryAdvantage Ceramics, Inc. was initially established on July 4, 1992 as a two man fixed prosthetic laboratory. The lab became a corporation six months after start-up. In 1996, Advantage Ceramics expanded to become a full service laboratory, bringing a proficient removable technician to the team. Thus technician Steven E. Cole brought his laboratory, Definitely Dentures, into the Advantage Ceramics family. Today, the team performs a wide range of lab work for dentists throughout Central Indiana, the surrounding regions and for some national dentists across the United States.
